Interpreter’s support wherever you need it
Interpretation for business meetings, conferences, trainings, and other crucial events.
Interpretation is nothing but support in understanding another person and correctly conveying key information during important events for the client.
Each event involves a different type of interpretation. Our offer includes simultaneous, whispered, consecutive, accompanying, and certified interpretation services. Which one is best for you?
Simultaneous interpretation
Simultaneous interpretation, also known as parallel, is most often conducted in soundproof booths. It is a type of live interpreting. It is characterized by the fact that the person whose speech is being translated does not stop to allow the interpreter to speak. The interpreter uses headphones to listen to the speech while simultaneously translating into a microphone. The recipients hear the translation in their own headphones.
This is the most difficult form of interpretation services. Not only do the technical requirements matter, but also the highest qualifications of the interpreters are very important. Such interpretation is usually conducted at conferences by at least two translators.
Whispered interpretation
Whispered interpretation is a form of simultaneous interpretation, but conducted without any special equipment (booths, microphone, headphones). The translator sits next to a small group of listeners (usually up to 3 people) and, in a softer voice, interprets what the speaker is saying.
Consecutive interpretation
Consecutive interpretation is when the interpreter starts interpreting only when the speaker finishes speaking.
Usually during consecutive interpretation the interpreter stands next to the speaker, listens to the speech, and makes notes. Once the speaker finishes or pauses speaking, the interpreter reproduces the speech in the target language in its entirety and as if the speaker had delivered it.
Accompanying interpretation
Accompanying interpretation is a type of consecutive interpretation where the translator accompanies a person or a delegation during some visits, meetings, or various talks.
Certified interpretation
Certified interpretation is an oral translation of legal acts provided by a certified translator at notary offices, courts, and government offices.
